High Price BT2 Runs

In keeping with the intention of the BT2, data is now available "at selected prices beyond the $60 per dry ton used in the report" (p. xx). Users may now access agricultural feedstock resources (residues and energy crops) at prices $65, 70, 75, and 80/dry ton for all projection years (2012-2030), in addition to the $40-60/dry ton that was previously available.
